• Profile information: anything you add to your account
• Payment information: handled entirely by Paystack — we never see your card number
• Content: prompts you submit, chats you have, images and videos you generate
• Support: messages you send us

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages you visit on our site and actions you take
• Session identifiers stored in secure cookies
• Error logs used for debugging (may include partial request data)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver the Service — including generating chat, image, and video responses
• Process subscription payments through Paystack
• Send service emails (receipts, password resets, video-ready notifications)
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
• Improve our product and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train our own AI models.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

• AI providers (Prodia, Leonardo, Magic Hour, OpenRouter) — your prompt is sent to them to generate the response you requested
• Paystack — to process payments and confirm subscription status
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the Service
• Law enforcement — when legally required

We never sell your data. We never share it for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies & Sessions

Pelvin AI uses cookies strictly to:

• Keep you logged in (session cookie)
• Protect against CSRF attacks (security cookie)
• Remember your preferences like theme

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser, which will log you out.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on these third parties, each with their own privacy practices:

• OpenRouter — chat completions
• Prodia — image generation
• Leonardo.ai — image generation (fallback)
• Magic Hour — video generation
• Paystack — payment processing

When you use the Service, your prompt is transmitted to the relevant provider for that request. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, tax records related to payments).

Generated content (chats, images, videos) stays in your history until you delete it or delete your account.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including:

• Password hashing (bcrypt/argon2)
• HTTPS for all traffic in production
• CSRF protection on all state-changing requests
• Prepared SQL statements to prevent injection
• Access controls and rate limiting

No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and personal data
• Export your generated content
• Object to specific processing activities
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

9. Children's Privacy

Pelvin AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

Pelvin AI is operated from Nigeria. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to Nigeria and to any third-party providers we use, which may be located in other countries. We take steps to ensure your data is protected wherever it is processed.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
